TC I believe he is referring to Cameo the music group. They are the ones that made the song "Candy". You are showing your age with that one...LOL. This Kwame joint was the bomb back in the day but looking at it now I REALLY want to question whether he is sweet or not...lime green outfit, polka dots, blonde highlight in his hair...hmmmmmmm???
