ummmm not so much...


yea so i am not so much in a good mood...

maybe because i am tired and cranky and i started my 5 day cleanse so the ONLY thing i am eating is fruits and veggies, with a VERY limited amount of chicken and fish.

The only thing i am drinking is water...

so here is the THING i know that i NEED to do it because i have been traveling ALL year long and not eating and sleeping right, and my face, weight and all that has suffered because of it...

but i miss my donuts and my chiptole and all the things i can't have and i know i shouldn't want to eat i want to eat like RIGHT NOW!


just cutting out juice & tea alone will save me what dag on near 500 calories a day...and i know this but man it sucks...

THEN my mom was like "let's cut out starches for the next month or so" why did i say YES...no rice, no pasta, no bread (NOW clearly all of these things are the things that go RIGHT to my hips so i need to cut back on that anyways but geeze)

then i have decided NO red meat or pork...but i can't give up my sausage links so imma have to just let that go...

all of this is so that i can develop a healthy lifestyle for myself, that includes eating right, exercising, sleeping right

all of that on top of the normal maintenance that us ladies must keep up nails, toes, hair...you know the regular...

so i am not in the best of moods...i am hungry here this pretty much says it all:



hopefully my funk won't last to long...but its been for a couple of weeks now...here and there


okay now back to your regularly scheduled programming...

LOL@ the Kimora clip! I like that woman's shoot from the hip candor. I was there last week and slowly coming back to my normal self. It's funny how food affects us so much, having certain things, not having others...hang in there, it's better on the other side.

you got the dieting attitude. I feel you. I've been doing my eating right thing as well and want to snap on folks because I'm craving a big mac but I'm eating salad and chili. Just a bump in the road, Boo.

I have wanted to do a cleanse or fast. LOL. Heck, I am cranky now off the bad things. LOL. I am having sleeping problems which affects my energy which affects my exercising and weight. Then I go and stuff myself with food and drink and veg out when I can.

I hope you feel better soon.

i hope this helps, but you have inspired me to join this journey with you. keep your head up, and if you snap a few heads off in the process, well, it comes with the territory. ;-) sometimes we take ourselves too seriously...at least I do.

i've only fasted twice or so in my life. Funny, I'm starting a 70-day fast/diet on Sunday... hehe... hang in there. Be my inspiration :p

LOVE KIMORA. I feel your pain. I am trying not to slip cause I am trying not to enter my forties as a fatty. And my class reunion is next year...I am trying to break hearts and gets some numbers. I have a dream about eating a DF cake with a glass of milk. I have a note over my computer saying " Cake is just glue in diguise" Hope you make it through your fasting!!

Ahhhhhhhhhh the life of a woman trying to better herself. Hang in there, it'll be worth it and just think when your system is working 100% you can have a link or 2 from time to time *wink*

TC! You cant throw your body into shock like that. Jeeze. You every heard of crawling before you walk? lol. I feel your pain. Ive decided to do away with bread and potatoes for about a month and am learning how dependent I was on those 2 things to eat!

Got room for one more in that anger management class?

What type of cleanse areu doing? I can give u some tips on cleasnsing/fasting/dieting. U know me, I'm all about healthy eating. Keep up the good work but don't starve yourself Tiff. I have a few things that have worked for me in the past and I will be back on track once I have the baby. Don't forget to exercise...your body is going to luv u for it.
