many people tried to say she was hard, she was rough around the edges, and that she was trying to soften her image...well i say, its not that she was trying to "soften" herself she was just being herself...WOMEN have so many layers, so many different sides...and this my friends is another side of Mrs. Obama...a REAL side of Mrs. Obama...
Michelle keeps things down to earth
but Edward Kennedy...Senator Kennedy...man he took it to another level...

I was filled with pride when I watched these two amazing people take to the stage last night. It was about more than politics, it touched on life. A strong woman and a strong man. The race and color doesn't even matter- the moment was much deeper than that.
I didn't watch the DNC when it came on, but caught her speech on the next days morning news. I've always admired her strength under fire, but moreso how she's a regular woman. She's surpasses being known for hr race/class because she truly spoke from her heart and that's what she needs to be seen and recognized for.
Ted, did the damn thing too.
Love!
I was so moved after hearing Michelle. As a black woman I felt so proud of her and Barrack. If there is anyone that should be considered a role model especially for women that would be Michelle.
